He can walk into a home of any condition, uniquely visualize its potential, then turn it around to create some of the most in-demand properties on the market today.
Jim is a licensed Real Estate Broker with Coyle Properties, LLC in Kansas and Missouri, and Cedar Creek Realty, LLC in Kansas.

Suzanne is one of the co-owners of Coyle Home Buyers and the design genius who captures Jim’s vision for remodel by creating an environment that is warm and inviting, to fit the needs and demands of her clients and the market. She has been in the real estate business alongside her husband Jim, since 1997.

Signature Agents
A Signature Agent has either sold us a home to renovate or represented a buyer that has purchased one of our homes to be renovated.
Signature Agents will receive priority notice of any future homes to be renovated or under construction before they are officially listed.
Buyer-paid and seller-paid bonuses distributed for any Coyle Home Buyer-remodeled house purchases from any client or customers not in MLS.
Signature Renovators
Currently recruiting builders, rehabilitators, contractors, sub-contractors or highly-organized and motivated individuals to be our Signature Renovators.
Coyle Home Buyers will develop the interior/exterior design, product selections, style and color schemes and a strict budget for each project.
Our Signature Renovators then jump into action to execute the plan, build their own brand and run a profitable, ongoing business.
Subcontractors
We are looking for Kansas City’s best contractors to work on our Next Renovation Homes and Floor Plans. If you are a skilled electrician, painter, architect, roofer, tile and hardwood floor installer, or any other sub-contractor, give us a call or fill out the form. We’d love to work together.
